Singapore’s flagship university, the National University of Singapore (NUS), is a preeminent global university centred in Asia. After many years of delivering excellent services in education and research, they were looking for a high profile digital marketing company to promote one of their events. Their core requirements included support for event collaterals, social media management, paid social advertising and video marketing.

WHAT IT TOOK
THE CHALLENGE

Even though they were one of the world’s leading universities, granting assistance for this deadline-driven one-time campaign was a real challenge. As this was a short term project, the quality of the work we offer, our technical expertise, and our daily availability to the client, were all significant. We were required to bring in various channels of promotions and on-ground activation to produce the desired result in the agreed time.

 
WHAT WE DID
OUR APPROACH

We started by designing an extensive online audit to identify their audience, and understand their opportunities to bring together everything required to build a social media voice, and become part of the larger online conversation for them. Working closely with their various departments, we created paid Facebook content, booklets, video highlights and more to spread the word about the event. We devised metrics for measuring the campaign successes, and within the promised deadlines, we were able to come up with the best results possible.
